  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product is downloaded or access is provided.

2. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered if the product is defective or not as described.

  • Contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

3. International Buyers

  • Buyers outside Australia may have additional mandatory rights.

  • This policy does not affect rights you cannot exclude under local laws.
